The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x03bet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

x03bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license oversight framework under which x03bet operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through x03bet's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
